Entries close 31 October at 11:59pm AWST.
GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
This giveaway is conducted by EquiFixt (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Employees of EquiFixt and anyone directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The giveaway opens on 30 September 2026 and closes on 31 October 2026 at 11:59pm AWST.
Entries submitted after the closing time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To receive one valid entry into the giveaway, entrants must complete the following during the Promotion Period:
- Like the designated EquiFixt giveaway post;
- Follow EquiFixt on Facebook or Instagram;
- Share the designated giveaway post; and
- Tag their favourite tack shop in the comments on the designated giveaway post.
All requirements must be completed for the main entry to be considered valid.
5. Additional Entries
Entrants may receive three (3) additional entries by commenting on the designated EquiFixt Facebook giveaway post with a photo or video showing their EquiFixt in action.
This may include EquiFixt being used on a horse, kept in a tack room or equine first aid kit, or another genuine example of the entrant having or using EquiFixt.
A qualifying photo or video submission will provide three additional entries into the draw.
6. Entry Content
Entrants must have the right to submit any photo or video included with their entry.
Where another person is identifiable in submitted content, the entrant is responsible for obtaining any necessary permission to share that content.
EquiFixt reserves the right to exclude entries that are inappropriate, fraudulent, misleading or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
7. Prize
One winner will receive a prize valued at $500 AUD to spend at their nominated tack shop.
EquiFixt will make reasonable efforts to arrange the prize as a gift card, voucher or equivalent store credit directly with the nominated tack shop.
For an international winner, the $500 AUD prize value will be converted into the relevant local currency at the time the prize is arranged.
EquiFixt will arrange the prize within four (4) weeks of the winner being confirmed.
If EquiFixt is unable to reasonably arrange the prize with the winner's nominated tack shop, the winner may be asked to nominate an alternative tack shop.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
8. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes using an external random selection tool.
Each valid main entry will receive one entry into the draw. Entrants who complete the qualifying additional-entry requirement will receive three additional entries, giving them a total of four entries.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by EquiFixt through the official EquiFixt Facebook and/or Instagram account and may also be announced on EquiFixt's social media channels.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within this period or is found to be ineligible, EquiFixt reserves the right to select another winner.
10. Submitted Photos & Videos
By submitting a photo or video as part of the additional-entry option, entrants grant EquiFixt permission to repost, share and use the submitted content across EquiFixt's social media channels, website and marketing communications.
Entrants retain ownership of their original content.
11. Facebook / Instagram / Meta Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the promotion or fulfilment of the prize.
12. General
EquiFixt reserves the right to verify entries and to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
EquiFixt's decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.
13. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting the winner and arranging the prize, and will be handled in accordance with EquiFixt's applicable privacy practices.
